I have no idea where things are going……….lots going on, but it is difficult to score the progress…………I am listening to George, Lee and a few experts????????????????????one might even think there was no problem………?????no mention of the 30bn + needed to keep the banks afloat…never mind the sale of our silver ware, foreclosures,evictions, emigration, and simple poverty??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

i am caught in that monday list you mentioned above….. Start ~Mortgages seeking final judgement on my home ….. the master of the high court ordered STRIKE OUT SUMMARY SUMMONS ,as i put in a defence (against my Barristers opionion ) He didnt want to put in a defence and said not to oppose the judgement and he would ask for 3-6months stay , giving me time to go down the insolvency route AH NO THANKS …. so i asked him to come off record … and trying this on my own…… now im in that monday list for second time in few weeks as lender appealed Masters decision…I am representing myself and trying to do up an affidavit …..I was wondering is there someone to give me some tips and guidelines in my affidavit IE i found my loan in lansdowne securites and can i use that as a defence .things like that ….this page is wonderful for people such as myself fighting these lenders….if anyone has any tips i would really appreciate it …thank you
