The following link is to the Judgement of EFTA Court (The Court of Justice of the European Free Trade Association) delivered yesterday 28th January 2013 in which, the Icelandic Government and People had all charges against them dismissed, the Court also ordered that the EFTA Surveillance Authority to pay its own cost’s and the costs incurred by Iceland, with regard to the European Commission, they also have to pay their own costs.
Another monumental victory for the People of Iceland and vindication of their decision’s to refuse to pay the gambling debt’s of Banker’s, to instead, look after the interests of the People of Iceland, first and foremost.
